Hi! We’re Charis and John—husband and wife, proud parents to our sweet baby girl, Cora, and dog lovers with two pups who keep life fun. We moved to Jacksonville a few years ago and quickly fell in love with everything it has to offer—from the coastal charm to the local food scene.

We both work in the medical field, so creating clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed spaces is something we truly value. Hosting allows us to combine that attention to detail with our love for making people feel at home.
